Identificación de los problemas que pudiese padecer la estructura organizacional e integración de datos entre el equipo directivo y el equipo People&Values.
2. PLANIFICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA
Diagnóstico preliminar y feedback al equipo directivo. Diseño conjunto empresa/P&V de las estrategias y diferentes planes de acción a llevar a cabo en tiempo determinado.
3. IMPLEMENTACIÓN
Intervención en la estructura según el plan y timing establecido. Integración de datos, evaluación de los resultados conjuntamente y nuevo ciclo de revisión/análisis.
